Position: Prefers a deep well drained soil in a very sheltered sunny position.
Pruning:Trim back (but not into old wood) after its flowers have fallen. If grown as a wall shrub, ensure that its well supported and shorten all sideshoots after flowering to within 2 or 4 buds of the main framework.
