Daphne odora Aureo-marginata

There are two main criteria that are essential to the successful cultivation of daphnes in the garden: careful watering in their early years and a sharply-drained, well-aerated soil which is moisture retentive. Shelter from cold winds and protect from hard frosts.

This daphne requires a sheltered sunny position, but is best out of very hot sun. Give it a humus rich soil and avoid very alkaline conditions.

Please ensure that you can provide the correct cultural requirements for this plant and be aware that daphnes are not suitable for patio pots.

CAUTION!! Toxic if eaten/skin irritant
